Overview

Chilled water the warden can see

This variant is for campuses that want cold drinking water and a record of what the machine actually served. Iron removal, ultra filtration and 50 LPH RO sit in front of 80 L cooling and 120 L storage. Four taps keep morning queues moving.

Online monitoring is the difference: live dispensing data, totalizer, machine status, alerts, and daily or monthly reports on a web dashboard. Facility teams do not have to stand at the cabinet to know if the station is running.

Source water still decides the final membrane. After a test we may pair this unit with a standalone RO plant if the bore is unusually hard.

Treatment

Iron removal, UF, RO, then chill

Iron removal

Removes iron and improves taste and clarity before polishing — important for bore-fed hostels.

Ultra filtration

Removes fine particles before RO and chilled storage.

50 LPH RO

Reverse osmosis at 50 litres per hour where source water needs dissolved-solids reduction.

Chilled water

80 L cooling so mess and corridor peaks get cold water, not ambient only.

Process

From inlet to a logged litre

  1. Step 01

    Raw water inlet

Bore or municipal water enters the compact stainless-steel station.

  2. Step 02

    Iron removal + UF

Iron and fine particles are reduced so RO stays stable.

  3. Step 03

    50 LPH reverse osmosis

RO polishes dissolved solids for safer, better-tasting drinking water.

  4. Step 04

    Cooling & 120 L storage

Treated water is chilled and held so queues do not wait on plant flow.

  5. Step 05

    4-tap chilled dispense

Students fill bottles from four taps — every litre can be logged.

  6. Step 06

    Online dashboard

Live consumption, totalizer, machine status, alerts, and daily or monthly reports.

Dispensing

Four taps for chilled peak hours

Four chilled-water taps on the online-monitoring Hostel Water Station

Four outlets so students can fill together. Every dispense can be counted on the dashboard — a principal sees whether a block is using the plant, not only whether it is powered on.

Online monitoring

See consumption and machine status in real time

Web dashboard for live water dispensing data, alerts, totalizer, and daily or monthly reports.

Live water dispensing data

See litres dispensed during the day — useful for mess planning and peak-hour checks.

Web dashboard access

Facility staff review machine status from a browser, without standing at the cabinet.

Alerts & notifications

Flag unusual stoppages before a hostel block runs dry.

Daily / monthly reports

Consumption history for administrators and AMC teams.

Totalizer

Cumulative litres served — a simple proof of daily use.

Machine status

Running / stopped visibility so a warden does not discover an outage at breakfast.

FAQs

Chilled + online monitoring — common questions

1How is this different from the standard Hostel Water Station?
The standard station is iron removal + ultra filtration with 100 / 200 / 250 L models and jar refill. This variant adds 50 LPH RO, 80 L cooling, four-tap chilled water, and a live online dashboard.
2What does online monitoring show?
Live dispensing data, totalizer, machine status, alerts, and daily or monthly reports on a web dashboard — so wardens and AMC teams can see consumption without standing at the unit.
3Does it include chilled water?
Yes. 80 L cooling capacity is part of this variant so students get cold water at mess and corridor peaks.
4Where can it be installed?
Hostel blocks, school corridors, mess areas, and common rooms. You need a water inlet and power.
