Overview
Safe, easy and compact drinking water for hostels
Hostels and residential schools need drinking water that is available all day, easy to clean around, and simple to refill jars for the mess. The Hostel Water Station is a packaged iron-removal and ultra-filtration unit built for that duty — not a civil plant room.
Treatment is two-stage: iron reduction first, then UF for particles and bacteria, then storage and dispense. Outcome: reduced iron, better clarity, better taste, and safer daily drinking. See also iron removal filters and ultra filtration systems. If source TDS is high, we specify this station together with an RO plant after a water test.
Three storage sizes — 100 L, 200 L, and 250 L — map to student count. Larger campuses use multiple cabinets instead of one oversized machine, so a block can stay in service if another is under maintenance.

Available models
100 L, 200 L & 250 L capacity options
All three models include iron removal + ultra filtration, normal + chilled water, and 20 L jar refill. Capacity is the difference.

100 L model
- Capacity: 100 L storage
- Best for: Compact outdoor or corridor unit
- Includes: Iron removal + UF, normal + chilled water, 20 L jar refill
Typical hostel200 L model
- Capacity: 200 L storage
- Best for: Typical school / hostel dispenser with jar refill
- Includes: Same treatment train on all three models

250 L model
- Capacity: 250 L storage
- Best for: Higher-capacity unit — pair systems for larger campuses
- Includes: Use 2–4 systems instead of one oversized plant
Treatment process
Simple, effective purification
Five steps from source water to daily drinking — coded here from the product brochure, not pasted as a slide.

Step 01
Raw water inlet
Water comes from the source into the station — bore or municipal supply for hostel blocks, mess areas, and common rooms.
Step 02
Iron removal
Iron and harmful impurities are reduced first so later filtration stays stable and drinking water stays clearer.
Step 03
Ultra filtration
Particles and bacteria are removed for safer drinking quality. This is the polishing barrier before storage.
Step 04
Storage tank
Purified water is stored safely so peak morning and evening demand does not wait on filter flow.
Step 05
Safe drinking water
Ready for daily use — normal water, chilled water, or 20 L jar refill from multiple taps.
- Reduces iron content
- Improves clarity
- Better taste
- Safe for daily drinking
